The IAMU VR Database is a forum based website which was created to address the current need for Virtual Reality materials for maritime education. Although research has proven that Virtual Reality is a beneficial tool, there currently is not enough materials for it to become a commonly used tool. This project's aim was to address this need through collaboration within the IAMU Community. Please check out the database and contribute if you have any knowledge/experience using VR for education or if you would like to share VR materials with maritime universities around the world, enhancing the quality of education of all mariners.
